• 65% increase in revenue of $120.2m
• 286% increase in EBITDA of $24.1m
• 54% reduction of Net Debt to $8.2m
• 0 Lost Time Injuries

The Mitchell brand recently celebrated 50 years of drilling operations with a gala event held at Howard Smith Wharves in Brisbane.

Over 170 guests attended, including current and former employees, clients, suppliers, government officials, investors, family and friends.

Pete and Nathan Mitchell shared some great old tales with the audience and detailed the defining moments for the organisation.

In what has been a turbulent few years for the industry, it was a fitting way to celebrate such a milestone.

Mitchell Services recently completed a two year contract at Bengalla Mine in New South Wales. The two rig contract was completed incident and injury free, with crews performing a mix of open hole and diamond core drilling.

Well done to the operations and management team we have in New South Wales. It’s been a great few years and has helped Mitchell establish itself back in the region.

Mitchell Services wishes Bengalla the best of luck as the mine takes its drilling requirements in-house.
